"Rocky"
has been missing
since 12/19 at 9:00 PM. Due to the fact that we live in a rather remote area
on 150 acres the only surrounding roads are NJ Turnpike and route 295, which
it would have been quite difficult for him to get to, we think that some one
has picked him up, perhaps stolen him. If you get ANY unneutered male rotties
in or have gotten any in since 12/19 late night or 12/20 PLEASE PLEASE let us
know. He is our pet and we love him, he is 2 and ½ years old. He has eye
allergies and needs meds. He has typical rottie markings, he has big orange
eyebrows and is a big boy. He weighed 135 pounds, if he’s been astray of
course there is a possibility he is thinner. He did not have a collar on. He
is friendly but cautious around strangers. He has NEVER hurt or bitten any
one. He is up to date with all his license and shots. Thank you for any help
you can give. We are desperate and my husband and I are devastated.

"Spoon"
is a CBR/Lab cross, age 7, female.
Background: Spoon was adopted from the Burlington, VT humane society 4 years ago and her family moved to Louisiana. About one month ago she went to live in VT with the family son and his wife; it was not going well and Spoon was to head back to "Mom and dad" in Louisiana. Spoon was let outside in Vermont 3 weeks ago without any collar or ID and has not been seen since. Her Louisiana Mom is desperately worried and asked our help. Went through all the basics in locating a dog. She may very well be heading 1700 miles home to Louisiana. |

"Thunder"
Thunder was lost during the fourth of July celebration. This past year the fourth was on a Wednesday.
My dog's disappearance I believe was related to the precelebration. It was June 29, 2001, a Friday. For approximately the next 2 weeks the noise never subsided.
Just as the darkness came so the the noise, fire crackers and even a neighbor across the street shooting his gun. My dog had just finished swimming.
She had her collar off, it was a fabric collar and it was difficult to dry. Now though if I could do it again her collar would definitely be on.
Our family looked for her day and night for the next several days.STILL LOOKING Missing since June, 29, 2001

"Jewel"
, a Queensland Heeler Mix, was lost during a transport at a rest stop on the East Side
of the 99 Freeway just North of Visalia, CA on 2-23-02. Following is the information from the poster her devastated foster mom has made up which includes her picture and information on how to catch her.
"My Name is Jewel. I got out of the car here at the rest stop on 2-23-01 and got lost. I'm terrified and probably won't come to you but I'd sure like it if you would try. I may come to you if you have another dog with you. I'm a Queensland Heeler mix, female and I'm really very sweet once I calm down. I may have a slight limp on my rear left leg." Jewel was recently rescued from terrible conditions in a collector's trailer, so, naturally she isn't chipped or tattooed, and the way she got loose was she slipped her collar during the transfer (even though it was on awfully tight - the transporter checked it!) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if anyone has the good fortune to find this sweet little scared girl, follow foster mom's instructions and call foster mom's NUMBER, as she won't be sleeping tonight, that's for sure! Thank you all SO much for keeping your eyes open for this poor, sweet, scared little girl. |
"Chance"
was accidentally able to get out of our back yard. Chance
disappeared from The Island's area of Gilbert, AZ on Dec. 2, 2001.
The cross streets are Elliot/McQueen or Cooper/Warner. We have went door to door, posted fliers and have written a lost announcement in the community newsletter, so we believe that Chance was taken out of the immediate area since we haven't received a response. My son was in a life threatening situation and was hospitalized. The doctors told us that it was a miracle that my son survived. Hence my son named this puppy Chance. Chance is a spirited 7 mo., 5 to 6 lb., white and black/chocolate with tan brows male Chihuahua. Chance means a lot to us, and we have gotten very attached to him. He is missed very much. Click here to see the full flyer with another picture of Chance. |
"Teak & Zami"
We are searching for two Yorkshire Terriers missing since June 15, 2001, from the Binghamton, New York area. As time goes on with no results, we are widening our territory.
They are both unneutered males, seven years of age, and weigh about eight pounds. They both have collapsing trachea and cannot wear collars so they have no identification. Zami is black with golden-tan paws and face. Teak is steal-gray with tan paws and face and has pancreatitis for which he would need immediate medical attention during an episode. Please let us know if you see these dogs or if you have dealt with any dogs that even vaguely fit their descriptions. |
